Jacob's Birth - Belly Lift really helped mom with back labor.  Comfortable until 15 min before pushing.  Video link included. 

Harrison's Birth - Mom has some discomfort during pushing.  Grandma gets to help catch the baby in this wonderful hospital birth!  Birth goes pretty much how mom visualized it would!

Sophie's Birth - Mom didn't have time to finish the course before Sophie was born.  "There were a few things about my birthing that didn't go as I would have liked, but I am so happy with my baby and the experience anyway. I am so much wiser, and I think everyone at the hospital who helped us were totally impressed with us and Hypnobabies too. I think most of the staff expected that I would break down and get the epidural and were actually excited to be a part of a different birthing experience themselves. In the end, everyone was very supportive of my birth preferences and quite impressed with the mostly calm and supportive atmosphere in our room. I wouldn't say I had a p***free experience, but I am happy and proud that I was able to do it on my own terms. I can only imagine how much easier and more comfortable it would have been if I had finished the course and had more time to practice!"

Emmaline's Birth - Mom was doing well until she got to the hospital, she got a bit scared when the nurse left her and DH alone and wished she had a doula.  But things progressed quickly and she had a great birth!

August's Birth - Surprise homebirth works out fine.  Spirit helps everyone during birth. 

Henry's Birth - 4th baby for Kerry Beth, but her first natural birth.  Wonderful nurse in a hospital birth really helps facilitate a great birth.  "even though I lost focus of my hypnosis, I'd been so relaxed & in-tune to my body up until that point that I could listen to myself & what I needed to feel comfortable. Whereas in the past I just laid there & let the birth be something done to me instead of something I did. It was such an amazing sensation to really feel him coming out, p*** or no p***."

Liberty's Birth - Home birth, Dad in Iraq, mom has a long prodromal labor, not a lot of support, but once birth becomes active it is wonderful. 

Brie's Birth - 4th baby, hospital birth with midwives and doula.  "This was an amazing birth for me. It was not p**n-free. But it was perfect for me... as I was able to handle the feelings that I did have and I was able to rely on my own strength and that of my husband and the direction of my doula to get through the labor to get to the joy of my baby's birth."

Sean's Birth - 2nd baby.  Mom gets checked and was 4-5 cm, had 2 or 3 big pressure waves dilated to a 10.  Had baby a few minutes later.  Great story to show that we don't birth by the numbers.  :) 

Isabella's Birth - " This is my fourth baby, but this is the first birth experience that I am excited about.  I feel so empowered by this birth.  I never could have done it without Hypnobabies.  If I had not been able to relax and “talk” my way through it, I don’t know that I could have done it.  I had a lot of anxiety before going into labor that it wouldn’t work since I have been through labor three times before.  But it worked!"

Aida's Birth - Mom trusted her body and even though nurse said she was only 2cm, she knew she was in transformation.   Baby born before midwife got there.  "Some RN commented on the headphones and that I must've been so calm listening to my music. Yeah right! There's no music I know of that can take you there! It's Hypnobabies hypnosis all the way!"

Katie Marie's Birth - 3rd Baby " I started using the Hypnobabies home study course in week 35 and have nothing but great things to say about the program."

Anna's Birth -  3rd baby, mom used HypBirth and combined with a lite epidural had a wonderful birth.

Luke Michael's Birth - Birth Center birth with midwife.  Comfortable until transformation.

Sofia's Birth - 2nd time mom.  Hospital birth, some discomfort while pushing.

Kyan's Birth - This mom had previous natural childbirths without Hypnobabies. "My husband was amazed at the calm manner in which I handled this birth and told me that he felt like he really had nothing to do.  I think next time he will be more willing to participate, now that he has seen what this program can do.  I am looking forward to using Hypnobabies with my next birth, I know it will be even better."

Joseph's Birth - Great Water Homebirth for a mom who previously had 2 epidural births.  

Eddison's Birth - Very FAST birth. 

Zachary's Birth - Comfortable except for the car ride to the birth center when mom was trying not to push!

Abraham's Birth - Intense pressure during the car ride... baby born 18 min after getting to L&D. 

Sawyer's Birth - Sent home from the hospital, lost focus for a bit, hurrying back to the hospital.  The nurse caught the baby.  No time to fill the tub for water birth.

Raphael's Birth - VBAC, comfortable when listening to her body, a bit of discomfort when trying what others suggest.  Slept through 3-9 cm.  :)

Induced

Samuel's Birth - Mom was induced because of pre-eclampsia.  The baby turned traverse during her birthing time, mom listened to Special Place CD and encouraged baby to turn and he did!

Lynette's Baby Arrives - some pitocin, OB has to hold bladder to help baby descend (this is the only discomfort)

Lauren's Birth and Claire's Birth Lauren was Hypnobirthing with Pitocin - great part about why Doula's can really save the day.  Claire was a  Hypnobabies birth

Avariella's Birth - I experienced some pain between 5 and 8 cm, when I wasn't focused or using my Hypnobabies. That's not a coincidence. I did have to have Pitocin, and I did accept a small episiotomy. But I absolutely can't imagine where I would've ended up if it weren't for Hypnobabies.

William Thomas's Birth - VBAC, pitocin induction comfortable until transformation and mom thought she had a long time left, baby was born 30 min later!

Anya's Birth - 1st baby, induced, overall a positive experience, due to fatigue mom opted for an epidural towards the end, but it was a good choice for her. 

First Born

Shaima's Birth - First baby at birth center with midwife.   "I think Hypnobabies helped a lot, especially in early and active birthing time. I'm so glad to have had it as a resource!"

Lucas' Birth - First Baby " I will absolutely do Hypnobabies again for my next birth.  I know it
was immensely helpful, and who knows what that last stage would have been like without using the hypnosis at all?  Plus, I feel that it was the best thing I did for myself and my baby during the pregnancy, as I was so calm, confident, and ready to experience childbirth and meet my baby."

Abbey's Birth - Hospital birth, discomfort while pushing, so mom pushed quickly!

Aurora's Birth - Hospital birth, great nurses at first and then some less supportive nurses led to some challenges.  But Ellie had a great birth overall.  "I would recommend Hypnobabies to anyone.  I believe that it made all the difference in my birthing time- even with the less than perfect conditions that I experienced at the hospital."

Augusta's Birth - Homebirth, baby not in the best position, leading to a long birthing time.  Great support helped keep mom calm and collected! 

Sairshe's Birth - First baby at Kaiser.  "My birth wasn't entirely unmedicated but Hypnobabies was awesome and really helped me throughout my pregnancy and during my birth experience!"

Selena's Birth - First born, Birth Center "I do think the fact that she came early threw me off. But it was really overall a great experience, not too p**nful, mostly just exhausting.  I'll definitely use Hypnobabies
again."

Jack's Birth - arrived at the hospital, worried they would send her home.  She was at 10cm!

Kayla's Birth - water birth, husband great at keeping her focused.  Arrived at birth center ready to push.

Joseph's Birth - Hospital birth, mom had Gestational Diabetes.  Some pitocin was used. 

Matthew's Birth - I think the Hypnobabies worked very well for me.  I attribute any p*n
that I experienced and loss of focus to my lack of rest and sleep before the birthing.  My husband thinks the birthing went very well, too, and he is very proud of me

Goody's Birth - Nearly the entire first phase of childbirth was pain-free.  I honestly believe that had she not been breech, Goody would have come into the world via a completely pain-
free experience.
 

Brenna's Birth - I think it was a great birth, considering how long it was, and Hypnobabies helped me get all the way to 37 or 38 hours into the birth and 8.5-9 cm before I felt I needed relief to help me finish dilating.  The birth of my daughter was incredibly empowering, she latched right on after birth and had her first meal, and she and I are both very healthy.  Hypnobabies definitely helped me have a wonderful, positive birth experience. 

Michael's Birth - 1st birth by Erin, took HypnoBirthing classes and supplemented with Hypnobabies tapes.  Some discomfort while pushing.  Hospital birth
